He educated me on the source of my foot pain and other concerns, and took his time in helping me to understand in simplistic terms what was reflected on the x-rays, which I was able to see real time. Dr. Matthews and his staff were very personable and I enjoyed my time with Dr. Matthews. He was able to tell me what I needed to know in simple terms and provided get insight into next steps. I will recommend him to everyone I know that have foot issues!
From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was thoroughly satisfied with the services provided. The front desk assistant, Shawna, demonstrated professionalism and was delightful to interact with. Her follow-up calls consistently included inquiries about my children, which greatly appreciated.
