As a professional and more importantly, as a daughter advocating for my 80-year-old mother’s care, I am both heartbroken and appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and empathy we experienced. Saw Dr. Matthews for the first time today. He educated me on the source of my foot pain and other concerns, and took his time in helping me to understand in simplistic terms what was reflected on the x-rays, which I was able to see real time. He was patient, did not rush through the appointment, and very personable. He provided reasonable solutions and recommendations that I will be moving forward with. Dr. Matthews and his staff were very personable and I enjoyed my time with Dr. Matthews. He was able to tell me what I needed to know in simple terms and provided get insight into next steps. I will recommend him to everyone I know that have foot issues!
From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was thoroughly satisfied with the services provided. The front desk assistant, Shawna, demonstrated professionalism and was delightful to interact with. Her follow-up calls consistently included inquiries about my children, which greatly appreciated.
