I had a very disappointing experience with Innovative Eco Designs. Despite multiple calls and messages, I rarely received a response. Communication was extremely poor, and I felt completely ignored as a client. If you value timely updates and basic professionalism, I wouldlookelsewhere.

Unfortunately, my dealings with this firm were very frustrating. I found the service slow, and my questions were often left unanswered for days. The lack of support made the entire process stressful rather than smooth. Definitely not the experience I expected from a professional architect.

The team at Innovative Eco Designs and especially Bhavna Sharma is a fantastic designer. From initial consultation to all the way to final approved designs she was very approachable, helpful suggesting creative ideas. She listened to our needs and planned our dream house accordingly. Her knowledge of the regulations and policies ensured a smooth process. We are very happy with the experience and do not hesitate to recommend her skills for any potential home builders.

Bhavna is an excellent designer and architect who has made our dreams come true. From the start to the end, she has shown so much motivation and enthusiasm for our project, which was beyond our expectations.
