The past 2 times I’ve been to this office I’ve witnessed the front desk staff mocking and getting overly frustrated with patients while taking phone calls. Today the one lady was shaking the phone in the air and after hanging up she proceeded to say to co workers “I can’t stand people like that, why not just pick a date and stop going back and forth”.
