I had a $384 credit from over payment from first appt I had a $384 credit from over payment from first appt. I had requested a pre-determination for my second seating and did not get a return call. I had to make a follow up call and was informed of the amount. When I made the payment, I was told that if the $155 would not cover, that I would be billed. I understand the office may not know exactly what insurance will/will not cover, I just didn't feel confident in the billing process. I also question infection control in term... read more
