I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ron at Innovative Cycle in Winnipeg! He went above and beyond to help my dad during his cross-country bike ride, including storing his bike. Ron was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and his genuine willingness to help made such a difference. Ron here, sold me a bike that had a PIECE OF WOOD holding up the battery. I got it home, took it apart, found the piece of flammable wood holding up the battery. Smoke everywhere and an oil leak at the front end. Had to fight Ron tooth and nail to get him to fix anything after him and his apprentice, Bre, told us that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bike. We did some more look into the the paper work, turns out Ron did a really shady safety on my bike. Called MPI, going from there. They were honestly surprised I ... read more
Great Quick service
Got my bearings done and tires mounted + balanced in a couple hours when their shop already looked super full and busy. Cheaper than any other motorcycle shop too these guys are awesome. Has to be my new go to for anything they can work on
