I used to love this company- we have used them 4 times, but this time the communication was severely lacking. The install was still good, but the office team was rude. After the job was done at a rental house we own I called to confirm they said they would call me back - three weeks passed no call. So Innovative was great. Ther General Manager came out and did the estimate. He also showed up with the crew the day they were installing the AC unit at our house. The crew was very respectful and clean with the work spaces and cleaned up really well. I have to say the two that came and installed the unit at our house were very efficient and worked smart as I was doing stuff in the garage while they were working and they cut over boxes and didn't make messes. Beyond incompetent, and don’t stand behind their work. The builder for our townhouse complex picked this company for HVAC and within one year three of five water heater units failed. They had to deep clean each unit, and tried to avoid owning the issue until the builder got involved. Two years later it fails again, $500 service doesn’t fix it, they come back again and try to charge me $500 a second time, to get a residential water heater working. Find another company.
