I had a great experience replacing our old HVAC system with Innovative Comfort Systems. Tim was easy to schedule to review our needs, and worked with me to develop a proposal for a system that would be a good upgrade. The installers, Kenton and Jack, were meticulous in their work and their care for our home. The best people around. Tim Carter 3 times came to my house to help on his days off, and once on New Year day when we had a plumbing leak. I've known most of the Innovative team for a long time and 100% rely on them whenever I need help. Tim has always been kind, knowledgeable, loves dogs, and done things right.

Unreliable and terrible customer service. My builder used them to install the mini split in my condo and I called them for some follow up questions but they never once returned my calls, despite me calling three times and the customer service rep told me the owner, Jason, would call me back. That is totally rude and unacceptable, especially for the owner of the company. I would not trust or recommend this company at all.

I wrote a review for Jason's company about 4 years ago following an emergency he bailed me out of the day before Thanksgiving, and I have to add another one here. He installed our boiler system in 2015, and I have recently been having issues with the plumbing system he had no part in. I have been getting the run around from the plumber who installed the system by being told multiple factors led to the rupture of my pex plumbing system no fewer than 7 times in the last 2 years. I love having this company as my home comfort specialist! They do great work and stand by their product. They installed my HVAC system in my home over nine years ago and I've never had an issue!
