If they run their business anything like their driving you are in trouble. This was after they passed me in a dangerous spot then went to pass 3 cars on a solid yellow and around a corner almost pushing 2 cars off the road. Do better!

Stay away! They will give fake lowball quotes to get your business and deposit. They significantly increased my quote after receiving my deposit to where the project was unattainable. I paid thousands of dollars. Waste of time and money. Run!!! Run as fast as you can away from this guy…unless you like flushing your savings down the toilet just to have another contractor do the job right. Worst mistake of my life.

Not all contractors are created equal and it is very hard to find one that puts its customers first. IB&R was very professional and responsive. They are fair with costs and flexible with changes. They own up to mistakes/changes and correct them immediately without a fuss (very rare in the contracting business). Our project was not very big but they treated it as if it was as important as their other projects. I highly recommend them and I will use them again.
