Stay away! They will give fake lowball quotes to get your business and deposit. They significantly increased my quote after receiving my deposit to where the project was unattainable. I paid thousands of dollars. Waste of time and money. I filed a complaint with the Idaho Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, who asked Innovative Building and Remodeling to resolve the dispute promptly and to the satisfaction of both parties and asked for their cooperation. Run!!! Run as fast as you can away from this guy…unless you like flushing your savings down the toilet just to have another contractor do the job right. Worst mistake of my life.

Unethical business practices!! Avoid at all costs! My husband and I had decided to put our life savings into a remodel. We received two quotes from Innovative Building and Remodeling in January and February 2021 to conduct a remodel of our attic for $62,961 and $75,051. We were very clear with the contractor that if the remodel went over $80K we would not be able to proceed as this was all of our savings in the bank. Not all contractors are created equal and it is very hard to find one that puts its customers first. IB&R was very professional and responsive. They are fair with costs and flexible with changes. They own up to mistakes/changes and correct them immediately without a fuss (very rare in the contracting business). Our project was not very big but they treated it as if it was as important as their other projects. I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

I was really nervous hiring a contracting company bc a lot of my friends had horrible issues with the folks they hired. We did not have that experience at all with IBR. Everything was super organized and went very smoothly. We had some additional requests that the company added on mid-job without issue. They let us paint so it brought the cost down a bit. Can't say enough good things tbh. I definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future for my bathrooms and kitchen.
