We have used Vaytiv (previously Innovative) for many years. Their customer service is and has always been awesome. We honestly haven't had to contact them very much because their services have always been very dependable, but the few times that we have had to call them, they responded immediately. Recently had an issue with some scammers. Ramsey and Misty worked all day Friday and Saturday getting this resolved. They are always taking such great care of our company and go beyond the normal to help.
The team at Vaytiv is top notch and I'm glad we have joined forces! We implemented Vaytiv in our outpatient clinic in January 2024 and have been very pleased with the services. The team was hands on during the discovery processes, training and go-live. At this time, we utilize their statement services and on-line payment portals which have allowed additional patient driven options for account balances.
They are a great company to work with. When I have a problem they quickly resolve the issues. Highly recommend them.
Product has been a great asset to our organization.
