The team members are very professional, patient and have a desire to help customers however they can. The communication and follow through has exceeded expectations. We made the switch to Vaytiv a little over a month ago. We have had no issues since going live and the transition has been seamless. The staff are all very helpful! Misty is quick to respond with any questions. The VPOS app is easy to use. It has been a great decision to go with Vaytiv!
We have used Vaytiv (previously Innovative) for many years. Their customer service is and has always been awesome. We honestly haven't had to contact them very much because their services have always been very dependable, but the few times that we have had to call them, they responded immediately.
