Both of my boys received therapy at IBO. While I agree with previous posters who mentioned rotating RBTs and BCBA's, once we found the right people for my sons, they were amazing! The staff was always friendly, their clinic was very clean, and I could tell that they actually care for their patients. The rotating door of therapists is, unfortunately, common in this industry as it is in other healthcare industries. I only left the practice because of an insurance change. We miss Tammy, Eric, Lydia, Carla and Robin dearly!
Our family had an amazing experience with Innovative Behavior Options. Our son had limited verbal skills when he started, and with the support of his therapist and the team, he made incredible progress. One of the most memorable milestones was hearing him clearly call my wife “Mom.” His therapist built such a wonderful relationship with him that he looked forward to every session. We were initially considering services with this company, but after realizing we were located over two hours away from their service area, they went above and beyond to help us. Instead of simply turning us away, they took the time to connect with us, understand our needs, and even helped create a referral list of local providers in our area that would be a better fit. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. We greatly appreciate the support and guidance they provided!
We had such a wonderful experience with IBO. They literally treat you like family. My son grew so much, mainly because our therapist and BCBA truly cared and would go above and beyond to achieve the goals we set for him. I would highly recommend this provider. They met all of our expectations!
