I had my Jeep Cherokee towed here due to an issue. The Staff was super friendly and helped me out with any issue I needed with no hassle. Finding out my engine was bad was rough, with not being able to come up with money right away, they was kind enough to let me keep it there until I was able to figure something out with no issues or extra charges. Innovative Automotive helped me more than they could imagine and they will always get business from me and anyone I can recommend!
I recently had them diagnose my car and found out that there were several things causing the issue I was having. I asked them to fix it on a Friday and was hoping to get my car back for the weekend as they're generally closed then. They told me it would be done before the end of the day. They then called me Saturday morning and let me know that they finished fixing my car at 11 PM the night before! I just had no luck either my yukon and decided to give innovative automotive a try. I being a single parent have struggled with shops and trusting anyone untill I chose these guys . They not only got my vehicle the day of they started working on it immediately that night and finished it compltly by thr NEXT day and not 3 months later even though the timing had jumped. Good service good workers they diagnosed my truck and fixed it so fast I went back to get control arms fixed and tire rods they fixed it and had me back rolling went back and got some else done I just love they shop reliable prices
