The windows are good quality and the individuals that installed the window were fantastic. I have extreme disappointment still (two years later) with the fact that the windows did not match the framing of my house and Innovation was quick to say that I signed the paper that the color was what I wanted so it was right. Having never replaced windows I trusted that they had the right coloring and yet they would not replace the ones that didn't match as it would cost them too much money and I had signed the form. My neighbor is having his siding replaced and I just want to say what a genuine company this is. My car battery was dead in my garage and two of the crew Brian and Trevor took time out from their lunch time to help Me jump my car and make sure it was driving safe afterwards( they are not doing work for me) I didn’t buy siding from them,but my neighbors siding looking amazing already and the crew is friendly,personable,Respectful, and clearly very kind!
