Our stove was installed today by the fine folks at Innovations. Extremely professional and pleasant to work with during the entire process. Installation work done by Todd and Greg is perfect. Can’t recommend enough.

Really disappointing customer service. Submitted a form on their website for inquiry and never heard anything back. After several weeks went in person to the showroom and asked a lot of questions about an electric fireplace insert. Was told it didn't pull much power and you "just plug it in." Then when the unit arrived and we plugged it in and it didn't work we were told we needed a dedicated 15 amp circuit and that "most customers do their research before coming to us." The repair tech was great. I cannot emphasize that enough. But every other part of the process of getting a gas fireplace repaired was a disorganized mess. I was 95% certain I knew what part I needed for a simple repair based on troubleshooting the issue with the manufacturer (pilot ignitor on a gas fireplace). I gave the model and serial # of the fireplace to Innovations along with the part # of the ignitor and was told the repair tech would bring that part when he came out three weeks later (which was the earliest appointm... read more
Very friendly and helpful staff at the office. Was able to get accommodated for an appointment for my fireplace relatively quickly despite the busy Christmas season. Gentleman who came by was super-knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Will work with these guys in the future if I ever have issues.
