I love this bank!!! Have financed 2 vehicles and now just done a small loan for recreational use they were great and the tellers at every location I have been in are friendly and helpful!
NOT HAPPY!!!! with Innovation FCU. After a couple of years paying for a vehicle, found out from day one loan was behind one month because of miss printed coupon book and now credit score has dropped. Now that Ive ran into a financial crunch and been working with one rep in collections to keep up on payments and stauts of my loan. I found out that I actually was futher behind then advised by the rep for several months now, was very confused with the CU system and how they listed their payments online. This is not just your typical bank the tellers really care about you, and always make sure you are doing ok, i can say this is a famliy not a bank i would not choose another bank in a millon years after banking here and if you work there and are reading this keep up the great job you guys are rock at being #1
