Highly reccomend! Felt like they were Family snd really cared about me.
My elderly father went to this podiatrist for a bone infection in his foot, an infection that could cause him to lose his toes or foot. He is in pain, his foot is swollen, and he is limping. No one- not the doctor, not the office staff- communicated the orders so that he could start the antibiotic promptly so that the infection would not worsen. Finally, 4 days after the appointment, he will be starting the antibiotic. Messages sent to the patient portal are ignored and no one responds. They don't seem to have it together. I... read more
Rebecca Schmidt is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. She actually cares so much about her patients. My insurance changed and I am sadly no longer in network with Innovation, therefore I unfortunately had to switch providers. Innovation - please get in network with BCBS silver PPO so I can see her again. She is amazing.
