Innovative was lightyears ahead of the competition. I called on several contractors, specifically 6 different flooring "specialists". Out of the 6 that I called only 3 showed up for a bid, of the three that showed up for a bid, only two showed up on time, out of the two that showed up on time, only one got me a bid back when they said they were going to, the other never sent the bid, even after calling to follow up to ask for one. Very professional and our floors look amazing!
Innovative Hardwood has been a first class, professional company to work with. We recently had our hardwood floors refinished and they did an exceptional job. They stand behind their work (we've had them do our floors previously) and they are attentive to customer input and requests for custom services.
We are thrilled with how our floors turned out in our house! They took our prefinished floors from an orange-y color to a beautiful rich brown! The whole crew was awesome from the office to the on-site specialists. They were patient and helpful as we chose the right color stain color. They kept us up to date on progress, and did a beautiful job! I would highly recommend this team to anyone who wants a stress free and high quality experience! I cannot say enough about the professionalism and skill of Innovative Hardwoods! Aramis and Aric restored my 1930's bungalow fir floors after a remodel and they turned out absolutely incredible. Ken was great in scheduling me on relatively short notice and Michelle in the office was great as well! All at a very reasonable cost! Check out the pictures. I am so happy with the result.
