My dental hygienist was considerate and informative. Through every step they explained what they were doing and why. They asked me if I was uncomfortable when I would occasionally flinch LOL. They are a model professional. Dr Tally was wonderful as always in elaborating re dental hygiene tips. I have much respect for him. I feel like I’m always in good hands at Innovative Smiles.
I had a cleaning schedule for 9/8/26. Everyone (including the receptionists) were professional, polite and private in discussing my insurance, personal dental regimen, suggested personal dental hygiene improved, procedures, upcoming schedule and costs. Impressive Team. Thank you for all that you do. Highest Regards, Yolanda
Janiece is always gentle but thorough with my cleanings. She is so sweet and I look forward to my visits with her. Dr Talley is also very attentive to my oral care needs and is now taking care of my 91 year old mom and her bite/chewing issues.
