I contacted Innovate to have my security system serviced at our home in Bend, OR. I was told the earliest they could get to the house would be in a few days as they were heading out of town, but they offered to troubleshoot my issue over the phone when someone would be home to do this. An hour later, Graham called me and said he finished an appointment early and offered to go to our home and review our problem. He found out what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Graham helped me deactivate the alarm/siren on a unit I was unfamiliar with. He guided me via text and again in person, with no charge! He was very prompt in responding, informative and certainly helpful. I’ll be using him for future alarm/security needs.
