Wish i could give 0 stars. I would NEVER recommend a Taylor Morrison home to anyone. My husband and I are both seasoned home buyers and this was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. From the sales team to the warranty team, everyone in this organization has been horrible to work with. Firstly they lock you in with your earnest money and will keep it, even if you don't qualify for the final loan. During our walk through before closing, I called out that the island was wrong and they tried to tell me that specs chang... read more
I would not recommend buying a home here there’s definitely other builders who are priced more reasonably who do higher quality work. Taylor Morrison won’t even change the light switch. Also the swim center/fitness area that’s been pathway under construction for the past couple years has yet to be completed, which is a joke, why would you start building a building and then just stop mid construction and leave it abandoned. My guess is they ran out of money but don’t worry all of us. Residents are still paying our HOA dues fo... read more

While the neighborhood is beautiful, buying a home with Taylor Morrison was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. The unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and how we were communicated with over a 6 month period was unbelievable. Now dealing with the warranty and trying to get things fixed is furthering our frustration. I wish I could say that we love our beautiful new home and it was worth all of the frustrations, but I can’t.
