Dr. Etienne Saint Cyr was patient and kind. He even spoke Spanish to make me feel more comfortable (although I speak French and English well). He listened to my entire explanation without rushing me and answered all my questions. I waited 20 minutes to pass with him, which didn’t seem too bad for me.
Excellente expérience à cette clinique. J’ai été bien accueillie à la réception et la Dr Laverde-Saad a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions, en plus de faire une biopsie sans douleur pour un nævus suspect.
