I almost canceled my appointment because of all the insane reviews here. But I decided to give this clinic a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I had an appointment with Dr. Étienne St-Cyr Proulx. Extremement decu. J'avais un rendez vous pour l'etude pour l'acne, je n'avais jamais vue une secretaire aussi bete et irrespectueuse, elle coupe la parole, parle au patient comme si nous serions de la vidange. de plus, elle nest pas du tout ouverte a la conversation, j'ai un chien d'assistance qui est certifier, elle n'a jamais demander a voir les certifications, et ma simplement dit que les chiens etaient interdit, j'ai tenter de lui expliquer l'importance que mon chien soit toujours avec moi, mais elle etaient encore une f... read more

Je me suis rendue à cette clinique pour une étude sur l’acné(celle affichée au métro). Lors de mon appel, la réceptionniste, fortement désagréable, m’a confirmé que j’étais éligible après m’avoir demandé de compter mes boutons (j’en avais 9). J’ai donc pris rendez-vous, lu leur formulaire, fait le déplacement, attendu en salle d’attente et lu un contrat d’une quarantaine de pages… pour qu’au final, la dermatologue arrive et m’annonce qu’il faut un minimum de 20 boutons pour participer. I saw one of their drs and he told me to come back if my rash returns so he could do a biopsy and to tell the receptionist that he wants to see me asap. My rash came back and I told the receptionist this information and she gave me an appointment for a month later all angrily. I had to fight her to get an appointment sooner. She reluctantly gave me an appointment for a week later. I was so upset with that interaction that I entered the appointment information wrong in my calendar and missed my appointment.
