The Innova crew went above and beyond to assist us with the process of identifying the source of a damage-causing leak, connecting us with qualified contractors, and otherwise guiding us through the process of restoration and repair and the filing of a claim with our insurance company. Ana in the office and all of the technicians that came to our home were extremely courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend Innova to our friends and family!

Hi - Claudia and her team were 100% on top things for us. From the moment she took my call in the morning of our water leak - all the way through the end and helping with my insurance claim. I never had to call or remind her team for anything. Everyone was on time and wore masks due to COVID. Her team was also extremely friendly. I would definitely use her and her team again!!!

We hired Innova Restoration after à water leak at our home. They were prompt in coming and doing the demo to protect the rest of the house. They took great care of our kitchen cabinets and cleaning as they went. I would highly recommend them!
