I was introduced to Innova after my high rise condo suffered significant water damage resulting from a burst pipe within a unit above mine. My HOA hired Innova to clean up the water damage and perform any needed mold remediation. My HOA also hired Innova to complete the drywall repairs resulting from the damage. I contacted Innova Restoration because I have marking on my celling. The came and check everything. I was concerned that the AC was leaking. Their technicians took their time to check everything and they were honest. No leaks discovered but they clean all the ac vents to make sure everything was in good condition. Innova is a good company if you have any water damage. They are thorough in their work, and they did all they could to keep the dust to a minimum.
Professional, excellent service; Innova restoration identified my problem with the property that needed restoration from water damage. They kept me informed every step of the way and what needed to be done to restore the property not only from water but mildew and mold. Every precautionary measure was taken! When the job was completed in a timely manner it was well done. Highly recommend!!!
