Aki is literally a scam artist. I bought a house from him and have had numerous costly issues. Faulty ductwork and covered return vents (which will be over $20k to fix), a completely broken refrigerator, broken hot water heater, floorboards coming up, kitchen cabinets that don't open, etc. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM. I have multiple friends that have had the same issues with him
Best of best
Hector Delgado and his team at Innova Realty were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and were very quick to address all my concerns. I will definitely work with them again.
This was my first time as a landlord renting out my property and I was a little nervous! Hector & Levi were amazing to work with! They made the process smooth and were always great at communicating with me. Highly recommend INNOVA!
Hector Delgado is the worst! 0 zero communication we were the 1st people to see house when avab. great credit big income and treated like XXXX. House still sitting sure owner has no clue of this bad business. 1 star is too much find another house work with a professional.
