At first I was impressed. The gardener and chef are absolutely amazing!! It seemed like a peaceful place. I spoke to counselor about my concerns and fears. She made me feel better but she lied to me. They made my biggest fear come true and now I'm suffering. My mom was not in pain so why were they pumping her full of hydromorph every 4 hours? Beware, I knew something was wrong when my mom asked to go to hospital a few times. I didn't listen. They also told me not to offer her water because she will choke. This made no sense ... read more

My husband sadly passed away on March first 2024. And even though it is a devastating time for myself, my children, and the rest of my family, I am so beyond grateful for the warmth, compassion, and love that poured from Innisfree, without the amazing staff I never would’ve gotten through the 4 1/2 days spent there with my husband. I truly appreciate all of you, more than you’ll ever know. Thank you so much for helping my husband with a dignified, and peaceful rest.

The staff that work here must be angels ... or dead inside. I can't understand how they are able to accept patients with a smile... be so caring and happy... building a bond and friendship... then see these patients pass. It's mind boggling to me. It takes a very special person to work here and provide so much support. My mother vivienne thought she was on vacation when she was there. It was a very difficult time for me and the staff were so accommodating to me. Without this place i wouldnt have felt that mom my passed comfo... read more

We could never thank the staff enough for the level of care and respect they gave to our mom during her stay at Innisfree House. We also want to thank the cooks and volunteers and social workers who made our stay feel like home.
