Great no-frills gym. Well priced, simple, and has pretty much anything you could need without the contracts and fluff of other nearby gyms.
I love this place. The coaching is great and super encouraging. The other clients are super nice. Overall it has a very welcoming vibe that makes you want to come back.
I’ve been going here for almost a year and love it. The people and the workouts are great. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym or barbell classes then I highly recommend InnerStallion.
Love visiting this box when I’m in the Detroit area. Hilary runs a first class operation. Great coaching, facility and equipment. Very welcoming. Can’t wait to go back.
