Well, I'm actually a person who can live without any sports activity. I know I should not tell you that. But I got today my first lesson on the "Power Plate" with Eliscia. This was great, I felt muscles on places where I didn't expect them. I think this could be a beneficial activity for my life. Innerfit, I think you will see me again. Thank you for changing my mind.
Tammy and her staff are great. I was invited to do an anti-aging talk to her members in April. They have great members and very nice facility with lots to offer if you want to take care of yourself. I'm going to recommend them to my patients.
