The perfect facility for a workout and zen experience! I have worked out with several of the trainers and found they are all passionate and encouraging to tailor your needs. The equipment is designed to help you achieve your personal goals and I love the results after being on the InfrafitX. The spa treatments are amazing. I especially enjoyed the micro-needling and can't wait for another treatment. Innerfit is a little slice of heaven after a busy day in the office.

Innerfit is great place to get in better shape; physically, mentally, and spiritually. Eliscia is the personal trainer extraordinaire. Alex is the martial arts instructor and has a wealth of knowledge in regards to Energy Medicine. It also helps that he is an electrical engineer, so he understands the science behind it all. I highly recommend everyone to check out Innerfit!
