This was unfortunately a horrible expierence for me. I set up a phone consult appointment, and the day of the appointment, now a full 7 days ago, i never got called. I called them several times, 4 or 5 to be exact. To no answer. I live out on johns island and i ended up driving all the way to the office. There was no one there when i arrived, and at that point i was at a loss and started crying heavily. I ended up having to call out "is anyone here" and thats when someone finally came down. I completed KAP (ketamine-assisted psychotherapy) with Dr Galindo at Innerbloom, and I say this without exaggeration: it changed my life. I have a different outlook—and honestly, a different in-look—than I ever thought possible. Incredible healing experience. Dr. Galindo is caring, thoughtful, and puts you in the proper space for this type of healing. Has helped me deal with some underlying issues and I look forward to more work with him. Highly recommend.
