Being able to complete this program virtually was an awesome experience and very convenient option. The therapists and counselors always engaged those of us attending group therapy virtually, with the exception of one employee, but I only had a couple experiences with him. There was a variety of treatment styles utilized. Everyone seemed very passionate about their work and I would recommend this facility to anyone. I still have the option to participate in an alumni meeting once a week, and I rarely skip that opportunity.
I had a good experience here was able to get sober. Everyone there seem to really care about their job and the clients that they were helping.
I went to Inneractions last July and it was one if the worst experiences I've ever had. Upon my arrival I was met by Nicole who immediately violated my privacy and HIPPA rights by openly discussing my situation while we waited for the elevator in the public lobby of the building their offices are in. I was mortified. I couldn't belive it. When I mentioned it to other staff member I was basically dismissed. Wow, words can't even describe how amazing this facility/program is. I attended here from March 2024-July 2024. I entered this treatment program with almost 9 years of sobriety, and I had reached a place mentally where I felt like I did when I used to get high. I was full of anxiety, couldn't function at work, and was a complete mess. This place got me in so quickly, and immediately I was met with open arms by staff who you could tell ACTUALLY CARE. I can stand on a soap box all day and scream this place helps. But better if you are having issues to just go. Everyone there has been thru it and they care. And I mean care. Beyond any family member I have. I love you all at inneractions. You guys go above and beyond. And I know you guys have my back I have seen it. Joe and Lori you have a great team and Lori I still am gonna say the f word ... Sorry I still m working with my inner child that likes to cus more than I need to...
