Not great service. I saw the specialist for an issue with my nail turning black and the doc just said that I have a mole there. He barely even looked at it, no magnifying glass or anything. I told him that it's been getting gradually wider and darker and that I've been measuring it, and he just repeated himself. Then they charged me almost $400 for this. What was the point of going?
Took my dad to see Dr. Roland Nguyen — easily one of the worst experiences. The doctor spent most of the consult staring at his computer and didn’t even bother to assess the rash. When my dad asked for clarification on the medication dosage (in Vietnamese), the doctor sarcastically said, “Are you sure you understand Vietnamese?” Completely uncalled for, no one needs to hear smartass comments like that from a specialist Doctor. I've been seeing Dr Fallah for many years, a product as a baby boomer of spending too much time swimming and playing cricket well before slip slop slap etc... He is kind and knowledgeable, and thorough. No one likes to get cut or burnt but he is very good.
I was referred to Dr Michelle Hunt in 2008 by a Professor of Dermatology in order to have various skin matters attended to. I received wonderful treatment from Dr Hunt, her nurses and the receptionists. Over the last 16 years this wonderful service from all areas of the practice continues, as my needs change and are attended to.
