Fred is an incredible therapist. Over the last 5-6 years, he's helped me through significant emotional and medical challenges throughout my time in graduate school. Always funny, honest, and non-judgmental, he made me feel supported and affirmed while pushing me to invest more in myself. I'm deeply grateful to him and the work we did together.
My husband was diagnosed by 2 (two) medical doctors, whom of which studied psychology greatly (I worded it this way on purpose), as having depression. However, because my husband is a shy person and has difficulty (as many people do) with describing why certain feelings were reoccurring cauing his depression, a therapist from this office told him he didn't have depression.
