Complete slum lords. They do bare the minimum if that. If you complain about anything they'll harass you and threaten eviction for trivial things so you don't attempt to hold them accountable. Had mold in the roof for half a year before they did anything. Absolutely disgusting P.S. I don't rent anymore, feel free to threaten the other families you 'lord' over.
Terrible management and do not take care of their tenants or the property
