I came into Inner Health Chiropractic after complaining about a sore back to my mother. I truly didn’t think there was anything to do about my sore back, and more or less thought I would just have to deal with it. Boy was I wrong! One visit to Dr. Taylor & I was sold. My back feels better, my neck feels better, & my work outs are better! I can’t recommend Dr. Taylor enough, absolute game changer!!!

Dr. Mary is absolutely wonderful! She doesn’t just identify a problem you may have, but she addresses any of the causes of the problem and then creates a plan of action to alleviate these issues. She has helped me greatly with my TMJ, using a combination of different techniques, such as traditional chiropractic adjustments and cold laser therapy, and my jaw has never felt better. Additionally, she is super sweet and understanding and cares deeply about all her patients. I highly recommend her!
Just got back from a mission trip building in the DR. My carpal tunnel was really acting up and my hands were very swollen. I came in to have Dr Mary “staighten me out,” and she did her magic. I felt so much better when I left and to my delight, my hand swelling was completely gone two hours later! Been seeing Dr Mary for over 4 years. She is good for the body but also brightens the spirit. Love her!
I have been going to Dr Mary for over a year and not all the time. She takes care of the problem than I go back to doing things the wrong way and she helps me again. She is by far the best and most compassionate chiropractor I have been to.
I started going to Inner Health Chiropractic over a year ago because I had very bad headaches and back pain. Within the first week of going to see Dr. Taylor I went from having headaches all the time everyday to only having them every two to three days. Now my headaches are completely gone. My back pain has also reduced significantly since I've been seeing Dr. Taylor. Her treatments keep me healthy and lively. She is definitely the best.
