RecommendedI've been going to see Billy for many, many years. I even continued to make the drive to have her do my eyebrows after I moved to Arvada. She's the most amazing person and does the best work I've ever seen.

I don’t like spending money but inner glow made taking care of myself affordable and after just one treatment my skin and appearance felt better for it. I’m so sad she will no longer be in Conifer.
