Billy has been waxing my eyebrows for years, and I will miss her so much! She is great at making the perfect shape even with very little eyebrows to work with! She also uses very clean products which never bother my sensitive skin. Billy is talented and personable, and anyone who has the pleasure of working with her will be in for a treat!

Billy has magic hands and fingers! Her facials are amazing, unlike any other and she is so knowledgable about skin care and products that produce results! Bonus, she is the sweetest person!!
Seriously hands down the best facials and lash care... you will NOT get any sting when she does your lashes, Billy is personal and has the delicate bed side manner ones should have with this service. I HIGHLY recommend her and am so sad she had to leave Conifer!
