Extremely poor customer service. Appointments were booked multiple times without checking my doctor’s availability. When I arrived, nothing was arranged, no clear explanation was given, and no care was shown for follow-up—despite my health condition getting worse. Very disappointing.
I have been attending this clinic regularly and have always shown up for every appointment as scheduled. I also followed up by phone whenever needed. Unfortunately, I was given incorrect information by staff regarding the timing of one of my vaccines, and as a result, I now have to restart the entire vaccination process. Very caring, multidisciplinary clinic focused on helping people experiencing or recovering from homelessness. They offer not just medical and psychiatric care, but also foot care, social work, and health-promotion programs. The staff are respectful and clients are treated with dignity. Wait times can be long during drop-in hours, but the mission and support offered are really meaningful.
