RecommendedI have gone to Dr Alison for years & Dr Arianna is wonderful as well! Their NUCCA adjustments (non-cracking/non-popping) keep me balanced and pain free. It is a significant part of my health regimen after having 3 bulging discs and multiple autoimmune issues. When I’m feeling “off”, they are the first to ask what have you been eating? (Usually too much sugar & processed “food”) We forget that EVERYTHING that we put in our mouths is our medicine & they gently remind us to be aware. I’m grateful for their support and guidance.
I started going to inner balance when I was at my wits end with my migraines 4 years ago. I was willing to try anything to stop the migraines. Once I got my evaluation I found out my c1 and c2 were 5 degrees off of where they were supposed to be.
