Let’s set the scene, I’m a 41 year-old semi athlete. I Coach and play Full Contact rugby. I train and work out for it all year round and I practice every Monday and Wednesday full contact tackling. A.k.a., my body is wrecked I came here to get a full 90 minute sports massage. When I tell you not, one second was wasted I mean that! I had Dan as my massage therapist and it seemed like he knew my body better than I did! I felt instant relief every time he worked on a muscle Amazing! I definitely will be going back
Dan is the man! I think I had the best deep tissue ever. When you are 240 + in your 50's and living an active lifestyle not just in the gym, but no beer gut and couch surfing either. You have almost 15 years in hot yoga and bike 17 miles every week you will get sore. Dan has the power needed to deep massage, period. Throw in cupping for the topper. Oddly this was also the first time I didnt get up like I had been massaged into a pulp but felt refreshed not that zombie mode. Highly recommend.
I have been going to see Leslie for weekly massages since a car accident I had in May. She absolutely rocks… her massages are the right amount of “work” and relaxation. Cannot recommend her enough!
I have had deep tissue/sports massages with both Leslie and Cassie. Both have been phenomenal. They are personable, extremely knowledgeable, and they really do take the time to get to know your body and work on any hot spots/areas needing attention. I am racing my fourth marathon this Sunday and Cassie really helped work out some kinks for me. Thank you both!!! I will certainly be back.
I recently had an exceptional massage experience with Cassie! Even two days later, I'm still feeling the benefits. If you haven't had a massage with Cassie, you are truly missing out on what a massage can be. I appreciated her direct approach very much.
