Ashley was so professional and helpful. I went to the Waxahachie location and was in and out so fast!
I'm extremely claustrophobic with high anxiety so I was really nervous going in. The staff there was phenomenal! The ladies at the front desk had the perfect mix of funny and relaxing to professionalism. The tech was super nice, quick and efficient. During conversation I mentioned I just found out my dad had cancer and the tech asked if he could pray with me. Every part of the experience was good. I hope I never have to have another MRI but if I do I going there! Thank you to everyone in the office!
My son has his MRI on Dec 8th. It is now Dec 16th and our doctor has still not received the results and they are not answering the phones. The people at the desk were very friendly, I just wish they would answer the phones.
I went here for an MRI on both of my shoulders. I was anxious going in since I would be there longer having both shoulders scanned in one visit. Derek was my technician and he was very sweet and took time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable. He gave me a disk of the scans as I left which was super quick. Innate Imaging was also the least expensive imaging place in my area which I needed since I had not met my deductible. Great experience all around!
