I don't generally leave reviews, however reading the first review and response I feel compelled to add: the provider handled the situation correctly. I have been in medical claims for long enough to understand how it works. Aside from this, I am honored to be a patient, although newer client, I felt very welcomed from the time I walked in, all my questions were answered, and I received exceptional customer service and care. That previous comment could not be farther from the truth! I have been seeing Dr Bonds and have followed his location moves for 7 years! I moved away for 3 yrs to another state and searched high and low for their new location calling many chiropractic places as I couldn't remember their business name asking specifically for Paris because her personality is infectious!!!! RUN! Paris, just told me my insurance won’t pay for a massage unless I see their doctor, who has to determine its medically necessary. I advised her, my insurance pays for them regularly, They don’t require Preauthorizations, and I’ve had several surgeries so they know I need it. She then told me, well this would not a great place for you because we just go by the book and theDoctor has to see you have a great day. This is the same scam many small practices use to bleed the insurance company and the patient. RUN.
