Dr. Ling has an uncommon depth of knowledge, and astonishing skill she combines with truly caring about you. Her staff have been trained to the highest degree and show the same level of care. I would not trust anyone else with my face!
Dr. Ling was extremely unprofessional during the booking process for my appointment & refused to meet with me while I was on-site for my facial treatment due to misunderstandings during the booking process. The peel I got was also completely ineffective—a complete waste of money. I'm surprised at all the 5-star reviews, and assume they come from women who get more ~*expensive*~ cosmetic procedures, who Dr. Ling seems to prioritize. I’ve been going to Dr. Ling for over eight years and have to say that she’s great. She sees what needs to be done and does it. No upsells, never too much product and reasonable prices. I’m really bad at reviews but have to let it out…she’s just the best.
