Good wholesome food – I am not even a vegetarian but I am a health conscious person and I LOVE this place. Portions are still a bit out of control but if you want to go somewhere and know you are putting good wholesome ingredients in you this is the place. I have never been dissappointed with my food and there is always exciting combinations to try on the specials menu. I'm not particulary fond of the ambience and when it's crowded it can get annoyingly noisy because it is a small place but I don't go places for that, I go t... read more

Honest review - Avoid this place – I am not against the owner or something. Am a customer just like you. we were soo angry today, the rice was not cooked(boiled) it was hard. The mushroom appetizer was too salty to eat. weird cheap ambience. and very expensive. parking is difficult too. 1 appetizer + 1 entree we paid $25 including tips. and totally hated the food. i dont recommend this place. for this kinda money and serivice go to andiamos across the street or mangolian barbeeq

Something for Everyone – One problem in my relationship is food. I am a vegetarian and my significant other is definitly not. We have never been able to find a restraunt where both of us really enjoy our food. He took me here on our anniversary and this is our spot now. He LOVED his food even more than I did. It doesnt matter if you eat meat or not, the food is so flavorful that it is hard not to enjoy. I highly recommend to everyone.

I have been here a couple of times, and the food is very good. Had the portabello burger, the portbella was a little smaller this time, and the chips were not made at inn season...But all our meals were very good.

This vegetarian treasure in Royal Oak is a must-visit landmark on the local cuisine map. – In Short A great spot for a calm lunch or romantic dinner. Hardwood floors, antique tables, dimly lit chandeliers and lace curtains create an atmosphere as warm and flavorful as the food. Though the fare is vegetarian, the menu is diverse and full of unusual items. Try Black bean-avocado quesadilla or roasted pepper hummus for an appetizer, then a pizza made with Tuscan crust and roasted garlic. More options include burgers, burritoes,... read more

Something different – The food was great. A litte expensive (burger $8), but there are few places that serve vegan food. The decor was cheap and not much thought went into it so don't expect much. I recomend the garden burger.

Recommendation from a non-vegetarian – I went thinking there would be nothing I would like on the menu since burgers and fries are my thing and loved this place. Great ambience, great service, and many different food choices. Even if you think there will be nothing vegetarian you would like, go here for dinner. You will be pleasantly surprised. Also great for a first date! Very romantic!

Gourmet Food at Fast Food Prices – This restaurant is unbelievable - great wholesome gourmet food creatively prepared with prices that you can't beat. Service is good too - the personal touch. We love it - too bad for us it's not closer.

the food was gross – the atmosphere is awesome but the food is horrible. I wouldn't make it a point to go there again... Sweet Lorraines is a million times better...
