Don’t do it !!!! Just disgusting and nasty ! Picture on the site are very decieving. Lest state the obvious ……location is convenient Great views of the Hudson ! That is all ! And honestly it’s just not worth it Had to be loved to another room because the bed sheets had dried blood on them smh And the desk chair was so dirty I would sit my worst enemy on it ! The sheets were clean and the mattress comfortable. The room was stark, TV and mirror were the only things on the wall... except for some painted over screws. Chipped paint, worn furniture, no closet, nowhere for suitcases but the floor. Parking was NOT free and there is a daily "housekeeping charge" in addition to the rate. Sorry reviewers not what you described.
The rooms are very small and outdated. Don't even get me started with the thinnest of the walls, oh God! I could literally hear my next door neighbor fart or swallow food. Super uncomfortable. I had to tiptoe in my own room and felt guilty flushing the toilet because I knew the person next door will be hearing all of those noise. The location is good but this hotel needs renovation.
Low expectations- even lower reality. If this is the only available spot- clean enough to sleep and shower. Other than that the facility is falling apart. So dirty and uncared for "lounge". Breakfast old and stale, no milk for cereal, no juice at all. Coffee machine and waffle cooker were OK. The grounds had trash and cigarette butts. But the patio and dining are were in such a sad shape it was as if the place were closed. Sad I bet back in the day this was a great spot!
