I booked a room with a king and queen size bed in the room. I got a room with queen size beds. When I went down to the front desk and asked them about it I was told they over booked the room I requested and this is what they have.
Fantastic location, but feel that the overall value did not match the price of staying here. Rooms are outdated, beds are not comfortable. Bathroom soaps are scented like mens cologne and shampoo and conditioner were both empty when our family went to use the shower. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast - DIY waffles, cereals, rotated hot items. Service was so-so, only one parking pass allowed per room. Overall I feel there are better options in canal park at this price point.
Had an issue with heater which was fixed within two hours of reporting it. Good location with a fair price.
