The Inn on Coventry was started on July 26, 1981. We decided to be a family-oriented, community restaurant that offers great meals at a good value. We are a mom-and-mom restaurant with three generations of home-style cooks, who are the original owners of The Inn on Coventry, Debbie Duirk, Mary Haley and Amy Haley. Our matriarch, Amy, is 96 years old.

Very cute little place - EXCELLENT service and yummy breakfast....
I love this local restaurant for brunch. My favorite dishes include the lemon-ricotta pancakes and the Swedish eggs - scrambled eggs with lox and cream cheese, but I substitute cottage cheese for the cream cheese when they have cottage cheese on hand. Yes, I love warm cottage cheese mixed into eggs. The waiters and waitresses have great personalities. They get crowded on weekends. If you want to linger, I suggest going early. The line starts to form by 10:00 a.m.
I have loved this place for over at least 10-15 years, kinda lost track of time. It's like Cheers where every body knows your name. The food is excellent with hearty portions. The crepes and quiche are my favorites. Love the Vege Mite too. Mary and Deb are awesome.
Update the n on Coventry is one of the best restaurants in the Cleveland Heights area friendly people great food quaint little spot it's the neighborhood spot did I say great food I think they've done a great job for a long time Cleveland Heights please tell your mayor that she should wear a sign so that everyone will know the mayor's here and she needs more time to eat on a busy Saturday
Best waitress ever. We were crammed in a corner booth which made the experience even more fun.
Outstanding service. Very personable and good coffee. I recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes. Quiche wasn't great. Will go back.
Excellent food, creative menu, good prices. Always crowded, but worth the wait!
