So disapointed with the service. 9 months ago i booked 6 tickets and a car to Orlando in november sadly with airBerlin. They never contacted me in any way to let me know that they stopped the flight it is pure luck i even found out. Now i have spend hours talking with them some say they have to pay me back others say they dont, i simply cant get a straight answer from any one. In a word this place is deplorable. I can't believe it is still open.
No handicap rooms or parking spaces. They do not have elevators and staff wouldn't guarantee a ground floor. So if you are disabled, they have NO ADA
Not updated at all! Rustic per say! AC didn't work! Mattress bowed in middle! We had to air the room out for an hour or so! Just didn't smell nice! Positive is the staff was very nice! We had disrespectful neighbors! Had to file a complaint against them with staff! Hate stuff like that! Their rudeness was not the staffs fault! But no I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it! Sad to say! Just not my taste!
DO NOT stay here. It's dirty, smelly & service is deplorable. Upon entering our room there was a strong smell. We went to open window. Only to find it was already open. There was also spiders & spider webs, plural on inside of window. You can hear everything through the walls. & I do mean everything. The bathroom had mold. As well as the ceiling was coming apart. Very nice people. Cute rooms and a nice view. Very good breakfast compared to the other hotels I've stayed at in the area.
