I feel like these reviews are a little harsh. I read them prior to staying here and we were a little worried prior to getting there that it would be a total nightmare...Yes, the buildings are older and need updating. Yes, you get a letter when you check in requesting for you to "not be nasty to the staff". (Rightfully so! Have you seen some of these reviews?? Yeesh!) But that wasn't the point of the letter. nothing as whats shown. pay extra for a balcony room with a spa outside. got told its a bonus if they actually work. could have got a room with two beds for cheaper and sat in the dang bathtub. use to love this place will not return now.

I booked a shuttle pickup with a company recommended by Expedia. They never picked me up for the return trip to the airport. I had to pay for a taxi. I was told I would get reimbursed and that never happened! The explanation is since the company won't return their calls to confirm they didn't pick me up, I can't be reimbursed. So I am being penalized for a company that was contracted by Expedia and turned out to be unreliable. What kind of customer service is that!
we came from oakland bay area n yes we back here again for another 5 days 👍 , me n husband plus my 3 miniature daschund dogs loves this place thats why we keep coming back here 🙌 friendly staff amazing view money worth !
Me and my family love it stayed there 2 times breakfast so many different thangs can't wait to go again
The amenities advertised are not at all reality. The pool and hot tub are empty, the breakfast is awful (two cereals and two old bagels, no hot options as stated). Staff asks how your stay was but gives you a blank stare when you honestly answer. Won't be staying here again!! Disappointed in the cost of the room because of the completely untrue advertisement on the website and even in the book in the room. Nothing like what is stated. Go up the street to Gold Beach Inn, better room rate with all the features promised.
