Went in before the soccer game yesterday ordered a Burger looked like it was frozen and had no flavor mozz sticks were cold fries were cold went to order a salad server said hold on let me see if we have anything to put in a salad owners were at the bar doing shots asked for mayo server comes back says here I think this is mayo stick your finger in it and taste it lol somebody call John Taffer please
Great place my husband and I stumbled on a few weeks ago. We ate breakfast here and the service was great, the owner was wonderful. We really enjoyed the food, and plan to recommend it to others visiting the Downtown City of Cleveland.

Fantastic owner, menu, quality, and QUANTITY of food. Outstanding. Every time we visit from Buffalo we stop at Karls! Never disappointed!!!
little high price,asked for horseradish and they never brought it.
Best food downtown.. Karl is always a friendly smiling person who knows how to cook... luv the food and atmosphere!
