the location is perfect. close to famous shopping area Magnificient mile, restaurants, and bus stop. the room is comfortable, clean and pretty big for 2 guests like us.
I am standing in line at 11:30 at night waiting for a room. There is one employee, who is not very friendly. Although I don’t blame him. This happened on our last stay but I thought it was just a bad day and tried again. We will NOT return here. This is ridiculous!
