The Employees are lying,& lacking in the customer service professionallity dept.all the way to the top.were not wearing covid masks.me & my fiance were charged a couple hundred $ extra.for smoking in our room & for a cat that we didn't even have.we had a service dog with us and paid pet fee.But they charged us for a cat as well.we never smoked in the room.tried to resolve this matter & were once again lied to by management & ignored.crooks & layers.dont go there especially if you have a seizure dog.unless you want to pay the... read more
