Exceptional Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go!! I ordered the Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go from the DoubleTree Inn at the Colonnade, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish tasted homemade and full of flavor. The turkey was perfectly moist, the mashed potatoes were light and fluffy, the stuffing was wonderfully savory, and the green beans were cooked just right. Always excellent. Their staff is perfect and the rooms are nice. They'd get a five if the the gym opened at 6 instead of 7 AM and the rooms had microwaves. The One World Cafe across the street is open late and has outstanding food. There is also an amazing Indian restaurant near by.

I had a great stay at The Inn at the Colonnade in Baltimore, but what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service from Sandra at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, she greeted me warmly and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She took the time to recommend local restaurants and unique things to do that would give me the true Baltimore experience, beyond the typical tourist spots, which I really appreciated. I'm currently spending my last night here while I write this and I absolutely love this place. From the moment I checked in, everyone has been so nice and helpful whether that was the front desk or the cleaning people. My room is awesome with lots of space, a king-sized bed, a desk, and lots of flat surfaces which is great because I always manage to put my stuff literally everywhere. It's right next to JHU which is precisely why I'm here and while it may seem a little far from "downtown," it's really not.
