I have read past reviews on this establishment and I must say DO NOT listen to those. We stayed for two nights. Came for the BTS concert. From the time I booked my room until the time that we checked out it was GREAT! Customer service was on point. I had several questions before ever checking in and the staff, Niaya and Dierra were the BEST! Very polite, knowledgeable and courteous! The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff were all polite and friendly! Ww will DEFINITELY stay here again!
Lots of stains on the ironing board, only one lamp in the room (so no lamp on the desk), no liner for the trash can, one outlet by the bed had no power. Great staff though
Wonderful Staff. Very Accomodating.
