The hotel experienced a water outage on our wedding day which affected our entire hotel block from 8am to 4:45pm (at the earliest). Our friends and family were unable to shower the entire day before our wedding ceremony at 5pm. Management did not offer guests another room to shower in, only water bottles. Additionally, they did not offer any refunds or compensation. So far, great and friendly staff. New to the location so it was an interesting trip. They're really helpful.
Fantastic friendly customer service at the front desk. I highly recommend if you are visiting the area.
