Because I don't know English, it's hard to communicate with hotels in Philadelphia. jerry Garcia ,the clerk of Yilin Hotel doesn't know Chinese. I used translation software to communicate with him, and he contacted the Philadelphia Hotel. The process is difficult, but he is very patient. Finally, I successfully booked a room for me. Thank you very much

The room is just fine. I am particularly annoyed by their cancellation policy. I booked the wrong date on Expedia. Then, I immediately cancel the booking (after ~5min) and made a second reservation with the hotel correcting the date. But the hotel refuse to refund the first reservation. This is totally unacceptable.

I would have given this hotel five stars if we, my husband & I weren’t lied too. We booked a queen room w/a jacuzzi & when we got there they put us in a room that had 2 rooms w/King beds in each, tv etc., but no jacuzzi! We were wondering why, with it being just the 2 of us & that was not the room we booked. We go back down to the desk to get some clarity.
