The staff and management was so gracious. They rooms were big and spacious. I would definitely stay again

I chose hotel because of its close proximity to JHU. Overall pleasant stay, but the room is overpriced especially if you book early because the rate came down significantly when they are not sold out. The room is cleaned but somewhat feel outdated. The front desk is welcoming, but failed to inform us when directing us to hotel underground parking lot that they were gonna charge ridiculously expensive parking fee. Great place to stay if you are visiting John’s Hopkins! Room was clean but a little dated (we don’t care!). The bathroom was very nice in the way that the toilet and shower were separate from the sink, which was separate from the room.

I stayed at your hotel this past weekend for a wedding; the room was nice, and the service was good all around. But what really stood out was the assistance and kindness I received from Frei, at the front desk. Already running late for the rehearsal dinner, my sleeve tore and I was an anxious mess. When I went down to the front desk Frei not only found me safety pins, but sensing my stress she chatted with me, making me smile and laugh to alleviate my stress. She truly went above and beyond!!!
